The latest update of the Power BI Desktop is here, and with it come changes to report view, analytics features, data connectors, and more! For example, we've added the ability to drill on line charts, so you can more easily explore your hierarchical data. We've also added ways to quickly improve the visual elements of your data, with predefined styles for matrices and color formatting for KPI visuals. This update also has an improved web connector, and new data connectors for Impala DirectQuery and Snowflake. And that's just the beginning! The Power BI Mobile apps for iOS, Android, and Windows 10 have been updated with a bunch of new features for data analysts and consumers who are on the go. With this update, you can now manually refresh your dashboard tiles from anywhere, ensuring that your device is always displaying the most recent data. Heading to a big meeting? That's why we've added two new features to aid you meeting your security and compliance requirements: Azure AD Conditional Access and Power BI Auditing. These changes give you the tools to create comprehensive rules on who has access to your data, and monitor how those with access are using it.
